Fusthat Al-Qur'an: Journal of Qur'anic and Tafsir Studies is an international journal dedicated to the study of the Qur'an and its various scholarly branches within a framework that engages with other scientific disciplines. It serves as a vibrant platform for the exchange of ideas and the exploration of methodological and theoretical approaches in contemporary interdisciplinary Qur’anic studies.

Scope

Fusthat Al-Qur'an: Journal of Qur'anic and Tafsir Studies addresses current issues related to the Qur’an and its academic disciplines through an interdisciplinary lens. We invite scholars to submit original research articles on the following topics:

1. Interpretive traditions from an interdisciplinary perspective (including historical, linguistic, social, cultural, gender, political, or economic viewpoints),

2. The Qur’an in everyday life, and

3. Qur’an and media studies.
